Making use of the capillarity of glass, this product completely fills capillaries with nano-particles, which makes neither greasy dirt nor rainwater apt to adhere to the glass due to diminished surface activity of the glass itself, thus keeping the glass clean. Not being a common surfactant, this product uses titanium dioxide as surfactant, and activates the glass in such a way as to produce self-cleaning titanium dioxide by combining with air and water.
In water and air the self-cleaning titanium dioxide can produce by itself free negative electrons (e-), and meanwhile leave positive holes (h+). These holes can activate oxygen in the air into active oxygen, which has an extremely strong chemical activity, and can react with many kinds of organic substances (including those in bacteria) in an oxidation reaction, thus making greasy dirt difficult to adhere to the glass.
